I've been teaching yoga in Glasgow since 2007, and in that time I've learned that the most powerful shifts happen not when we push harder, but when we come back into alignment with ourselves.
My teaching weaves together the ancient wisdom of Traditional Chinese Medicine and the five seasons, with modern nervous system science and breathwork. I teach yoga that feels deeply relevant to where you are in life, whether that's pregnancy, new motherhood, perimenopause, or simply the beautiful and demanding business of being a woman in your 40s and beyond.
I created Flow Yoga Glasgow over 15 years ago, and it has grown into something I'm truly proud of: a warm, inclusive community where women come to slow down, breathe, and feel at home in their bodies.
